The management of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, wishes to inform all staff and students that the strike that had been ongoing for seven months and that had started on February 14, 2022, has been called off. Staff and students can now return to their respective offices and classes.
On October 10, 2022, employees are anticipated to return to work, while on October 17, 2022, students are anticipated to start school again. The university has been reopened for instruction and other academic pursuits since the school is dedicated to following the directives from NUC.
