NIGERIA – Recent comments from prison officials have shed light on the separation of controversial crossdresser Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, from other inmates at the correctional facility. The officials denied allegations of a VIP section for Bobrisky, clarifying the reasons behind his unique accommodation.

Francis Enobore, the former National PRO of the Nigerian Correctional Service, supported Williams’ remarks, stating that the correctional service profiles each inmate to ensure both their safety and the well-being of the prison environment.
Enobore remarked, “He confessed in court that he is a man, but he presents as a woman. Given the presence of unrepentant homosexuals among the inmates, it’s crucial to manage his situation carefully to prevent any security issues.”

Despite the discussions surrounding Bobrisky’s living conditions, Enobore firmly refuted claims that he was given a private section in prison. “There’s no such thing as a private apartment or anything special in the prison,” he clarified.
