Tribunal Removes Uba Sani as Kaduna Governor

Governor Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been dismissed by the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, which is based in Kaduna.

It was discovered that on Thursday, the tribunal pronounced the state’s 2023 governorship election to be invalid.

After the judges avoided the actual hall, the decision was made public via Zoom. Isah Mohammed Ashiru, a candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), submitted the petition.
