Cristiano Ronaldo Gets New Club Contract Worth £172.9m Yearly
Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly agreed to a contract worth £172.9 million per year with Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia.
Manchester United cancelled Cristiano Ronaldo’s contract this week in response to his controversial interview with Piers Morgan earlier this month, therefore, the 37-year-old is looking for a new team.
According to Marca, Cristiano Ronaldo has been offered a two-and-a-half-year contract worth €200 million (£173 million) per season, and has agreed to join the Saudi Arabian team after the World Cup.

Sources close to the former Real Madrid and Juventus superstar, however, stress that no agreement has been reached and that Cristiano Ronaldo is still focused on the World Cup with his country.
However, according to rumours in Spain today, the ‘dizzying figures’ have been negotiated, and the five-time Ballon d’Or winner will play outside Europe for the first time in his career.
Al-Nassr is one of the most successful clubs in Saudi Arabia, having won the country’s top flight nine times, the most recent victory being in 2019.
