Senator Abaribe Not Dead – Aide

Rumors that Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, the senator representing Abia South, had passed away have been refuted by Mr. Uchenna Awom, Special Aide to the former Senate Minority Leader.

Awom told Vanguard that the rumour was false in every way, and he dismissed it as the wishful thinking of his critics.

When our Correspondent contacted to confirm the rumour, he claimed that Senator Abaribe had just returned from a campaign in a few Aba wards and was hosting another meeting in his home.

The aide who said that the senatorial candidate for the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, was focused with how to win the February 25 election encouraged the general public to dismiss the rumour.

Those who wanted Senator Abaribe dead, according to him, would be disappointed because God, the source of all life, is not a man who can be bargained with.
