Nasara James Dabo, a 13 years old student of Ideal international college Narayi, Kaduna has broken world record when she solved 34 questions in 172 seconds to win International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO).
This happened at the just concluded International mathematical Olympiad training.
The young prodigy who participated in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) finished the contest gathering a total score of 145 points, solving 34 Mathematical questions in 172 seconds (less than 3 minutes).
This record added a feather to her cap, as she emerged the top scorer, beating over 150 selected participants in the “Junior Category”, as first place and the Olympiad Champion.
For her academic feat, Dabo was honoured with a Gold medal for her consistent dedication in Mathematics and studies.
Dabo is a genius female JSS student from Southern Kaduna.

Reacting to this academic success coming from a Southern Kaduna girl, social media commentators have criticized the Kaduna State government for failing to recognize her.
Some said maybe because Dabo is a christian from the southern part of Kaduna.
One critic said: “Supposing her name is Zainab Abdulaziz, the Islamic Fundamentalist Governor of Kaduna would have since celebrated her.
“And religious hypocrites all over Northern Nigeria would have been Jubilating.”
