Digital Learning Network and NAPPS Lagos Partner for AI Smart Schools Initiative in Nigeria

A groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Thursday in Lagos between Digital Learning Network (DLN), a US-based multinational company, and the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS) Lagos. The partnership aims to revolutionize education in Nigeria through the AI Smart Schools Initiative, targeting improved learning outcomes, technological integration, and digital empowerment for students.

- Collaboration with SpaceX and Starlink to deliver high-speed internet to schools.

Nationwide Scaling Plans
DLN is in discussions with Lagos State authorities to scale the project nationwide, potentially expanding its scope to a $1.2 billion initiative. This would position Nigeria’s education system on par with developed countries through enhanced digital learning solutions, connectivity, and infrastructure.
