Senate Confirms Cardoso as CBN Governor

On Tuesday, the senate officially recognised Olayemi Cardoso as the CBN’s (Central Bank of Nigeria) substantive governor.

Emem Nnana Usoro, Muhammad Sani Abdullahi Dattijo, Philip Ikeazor, and Bala Bello were also confirmed by the upper legislative house to serve as deputy governors of the top bank.
