Elon Musk Dissolves Twitter’s Board, Remains Sole Director
Elon Musk has dissolved the board of directors of Twitter, thereby stamping his authority as the sole director.
The move was revealed in US Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
Recall that 27 October, Mr Musk sealed the deal of ownership of Twitter and subsequent carried out the first sack.
